The remote-controlled Levenhuk DTX RC2 is an optical microscope with optical and digital magnification, spotlighting on flexible brackets and wireless multifunctional remote-controlled operation. The ultimate assistant when working with electronic switches, clock mechanisms, geological samples, jewellery and other sizeable objects. The microscope can be used by hobbyists and professionals alike.
Large pivoting LCD screen
The microscope has 3x-200x magnification. This means you can even see fine details on objects being studied. The image collected by the lens is shown live on the integrated LCD screen. The colour screen is relatively large with a 17.8cm diagonal. The screen can also be angled so that longer observations, in particular, do not cause you to tire.
High resolution images and videos
In addition to pure observation, the microscope can also take full HD videos and 12-megapixel pictures. The data is saved on a separately obtainable memory card. Simple image manipulation is also possible using the integrated software.
Lighting on flexible brackets
There is front lighting which uses multiple LEDs to create a rich light source. A pair of LEDs are found in the microscope's lens itself, a further two on flexible brackets. Using this lighting system, you can very precisely light the work area, achieving a vivid image. Using a small regulator in the power supply cable, you can regulate the brightness of the lighting. A button on the power cable switches the microscope on and off.
Multifunctional remote control
You can operate the microscope using the buttons on its casing or using the wireless remote control. Using the remote control, you can set the magnification, take photos and videos, and use numerous other functions.
